Artemis Fowl the opal deception

I forgot to mention something in my last blog. At the end of the chapter where the janitors (who are pixies) break Opal Koboi (that evil pixie mastermind) out, Opal Koboi wonders what she will look like as a human. That really creeps me out.

What just happened, was that Holly Short (a fairy), and Julius Root (another fairy) go in to this cave/tunnel thing to capture general Scaline (an evil goblin who works for Koboi), and they find that he has been mesmerized (basically, he was mind controlled and now he is unconscious). Then they hear him talk, but his lips are not moving. They realize it is coming from his a box on his chest, not actually him, and it is Opal Koboi using technology to change her voice. Opal Koboi remotely ties up Julius Root and Holly can't untie him, because if she comes too close he will explode. Opal Koboi tells Holly that if she can shoot this certain target on the boxish thing that Opal Koboi is speaking to her with, then it will free Julius Root, but if Holly misses even by the tiniest bit, Root will explode. Holly goes for it, but apparently misses by a tiny bit, and Julius actually explodes. Then Opal Koboi tells Holly that she (Opal Koboi) is going to kill Artemis and Butler next, so Holly goes to save them.
